A GOOD CHAT FOR MIGRANT WORKERS
Galven Lee and Suanne Chan who volunteer with HealthServe, designed a chatbot that provides accurate and timely information, such as Covid-19 situation updates, medical and emotional resources to migrant workers in an easy to understand manner. The app is available in multiple languages. Going forward, the chatbot can evolve to handle their non-pandemic needs as well.
