LOOKS LIKE DUMBBELLS, but used as bookends or paperweights. That's what you'll find at this year's Wallpaper* Handmade exhibition, which debuted at the recent Milan Design Week with a collection of objects that aren't quite what they seem. The annual event featured 22 one-off projects created by talents from around the world, including seven design studios from Singapore.

This year's theme was 'Wellness & Wonder', and the designers came up with objects that accessorised the cult of self-improvement, exercised the cerebellum, replenished the body, and restored the innate harmony of the self.
