Maksut Askar, owner and chef of renowned Istanbul restaurant Neolokal, takes over the kitchen at Maggie Joan's for two nights. He will present his Anatolian cuisine focusing on traditional Turkish home recipes and flavours with contemporary interpretations. The menu features Neolokal classics such as slow cooked Üveyik, an ancient Turkish wheat, cooked for seven hours with leeks and onions. Dinner is priced at S$95 per person, on Feb 24 and 25.
