La Brasserie is reminiscent of a classic brasserie with a clever play of vintage furnishings in warm grey, burnt orange and dark aubergine set against the stunning ivory French panelling and masculine herringbone oak floors. The 280 square metre haven is a tribute to the social salons of a bygone age. Beyond the reception area and a wine library that houses over 800 bottles of fine wine is the main dining salon. Two private dining salons replete with grand contemporary chandeliers and Venetian mirrors complete the setting.
Enjoy the luscious Provencal Lobster Bouillabaisse, stewed from a medley of sweet shellfish, and the La Brasserie Duck Confit, prepared in the traditional Gascon-style with roasted garlic potatoes crisped in duck fat. Or savour other favourites from their a la carte menu.
