Dining with the Stars
Will Singapore get its second three Michelin-starred restaurant this year? Will some restaurants lose their stars? Be part of the excitement when the Michelin guide Singapore announces its 2017 selection. Apart from the prize ceremony at The Fullerton Hotel, there will be an exclusive five-course dinner by internationally renowned chefs from Michelin-starred establishments around the world. The dinner will feature dishes from Terra's chef Seita Nakahara and Corner House's chef Jason Tan, each of whom hold one star in the 2016 guide. From the region, chef Tam Kwok Fung of Macau's two-starred Jade Dragon will prepare a signature dish. Three Michelin-starred Chicago restaurant, Grace, will feature one course by its chef Curtis Duffy. Tickets for the Michelin guide Singapore 2017 Star Event can be purchased on guide.michelin.sg at S$595++ per seat.
