Drink To This

Not sure what wine to bring to a year-end party or to ring in the New Year? Singapore-based start-up Omniaz's DRNK AR app, which uses augmented reality and artificial intelligence, can make your task a lot easier. Download the app and scan the label on a bottle of wine at your favourite tipple shop. Instantly, information about the wine, such as origin, aromas, tasting notes, serving tips, food pairing suggestions and awards will pop up on screen. Users can also leave reviews and add drinks to their wishlists. Using such information, the app will then be able to suggest recommendations based on the user's preferences. Besides wine, DRNK AR app also works on beer and spirit labels.
DRNK AR app is available on the App Store and Google Play
