Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman are two of Stockholm's hipster chefs who challenge the concept of fine dining at their restaurant Adam/Albin. They started out serving lavish suppers and ramen for lunch, but now they offer a five-course tasting menu that lets you choose your courses after the snacks. Their Nordic sense of sustainability and simplicity will be on display when they take part in a six-hands dining event with Restaurant Nouri's head chef Ivan Brehm. Part of a series of collaborations with like-minded chefs, it's a chance to see how these bright culinary minds lend a spark to the local dining scene.
