THERE is no other place in Singapore where you can eat, shop and get a haircut. For the multi-concept PACT, more seems to be merrier. The trendy space at Orchard Central started with a trio of concepts: it was one part Kilo restaurant serving "refined comfort food", one part retail space selling super soft cotton t-shirts from sifr, and finally, PACT+LIM hair salon. Now, PACT throws five other creative businesses into the equation.

As the multi-category emporium expands to 7,500 sq ft, it sees an addition of made-in-Singapore artisanal perfumes from Code Deco; one-of-a-kind eclectic furniture from Fred Lives Here; handcrafted semi-precious stone jewellery from Killari; slow-design home objects from SPUR Hauswerks; and Japanese gel nail salon by …
