eBay uncorks online wine shop with auctions, guides and tips

ONLINE commerce colossus eBay on Thursday opened a virtual wine shop.

The Silicon Valley-based Internet marketplace had previously offered wine for sale in the US, but eBay.com/wine will provide a dedicated venue where oenophiles can browse vintages based on factors such as region, price, and grape type.
