End to an eventful 2015

THERE are only 12 days to go before we bring the curtain down on a quite eventful 2015, and sports fans have more than their fair share of memorable moments to be thankful for.

Boxing fans finally saw Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao slug it out in the ring, although it wasn't quite the classic that many expected it to be.

Here in Singapore, the Republic staged the South East Asian Games in June and celebrated with a record medal haul at the biennial multi-sport extravaganza.
