2001: A Space Odyssey is arguably one of the greatest films ever made and the 1968 Stanley Kubrick masterpiece has returned to the big screen for a limited run.

For the Oscar-winner's 50th anniversary, Warner Bros has made new 70mm prints from the original negatives; and the restoration was supervised by Christopher Nolan, who (surprise, surprise) cites 2001: A Space Odyssey as a huge influence on his career.
