As an interior designer Isabelle Miaja is constantly finding something to add to her home and moving furniture around so as to keep her place looking fresh. By Tay Suan Chiang

IF there is one thing that French interior designer Isabelle Miaja dislikes, it is to be associated with a certain look. The founder of Miaja Design Group has been designing interiors for prestigious hotel groups, resorts, boutiques, corporate and high-end residential clients for nearly 20 years. The Singapore-based firm is known for its "unique and distinctive" approach to each project. "There is no one style, since it all depends on the site, and every place has its own soul," says Ms Miaja.
