    SO a funny thing happened to the Malay Archipelago on its way to Sumatra for a nice Padang lunch. It’s waylaid and rerouted to Duo Galleria, kidnapped by a young chef at Seroja who has this grand idea of serving the entire region on a plate – well, maybe give or take an island or two.
