    The Midnight Gardener

    For the Yam household, farm-to-table dining happens almost every night. 

    In the evenings, sport-climbing instructor Jack Yam heads out to his farm — along the corridor outside his flat near Holland Village — where he harvests vegetables and passes them to his wife to cook.
