STB CEO Keith Tan's routine not only involves fitness, but also includes growing a deeper relationship with God, spending time with family, and pursuing activities to help his mind stay sharp

    TO me, physical and mental wellbeing are two sides of the same coin, and play equally important roles in helping me to do my job.

    I believe my job requires a "whole person" commitment. To do my job well, I need to invest all the attention, presence, intellect and discernment I can muster, every day. When I feel good physically and mentally, I can bring the best of myself to the organisation that I lead and the people with whom I meet.

    I don't have a "fitness" routine. Instead, I have a "wellness" routine. Yes, this routine involves regular exercise, but it also includes growing a deeper relationship with God, spending time with my family, and pursuing activities to help my mind to stay sharp and attentive (I love crosswords!).
