A Roast For Mother's Day
Charcuterie meets crackling Asian roast pork at Atout's first Mother's Day brunch, as chef-owner Patrick Heuberger collaborates with Uncle G's Handmade at his new Dempsey Road restaurant. The husband-and-wife team of Uncle G's has been selling its takeaway roast pork since 2013 at pop-ups and now runs an online shop. A serving of the roast pork is a special treat for each table in addition to the three-course, S$68++ (S$80 with a glass of champagne) menu per person. Pick from appetisers such as Lobster Bisque, oysters or charcuterie selection; and mains from a selection that includes Angus Beef Ribeye, Duck Leg Confit, Stuffed Welsh Lamb Belly and Braised Beef Cheeks. End off Mum's special meal with her choice of dessert from Rhubarb Crumble with Chantilly Cream, Classic Creme Brûlée and Black Forest Cake.
Atout is at 40C Harding Road. Tel: 6679-1800.
