Four well-known sommeliers are hosting wine dinners to raise funds for the Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD). They are Mohamad Fazil of Luke Mangan's Salt Grill and Tapas restaurants; Amir Solay from the Unlisted Collection; Micheal Leitner of the now-defunct Ku De Ta; and Gerald Lu, vice president of the Sommelier Association of Singapore.
