"I wanted to create a punch that could be shared among friends and loved ones for the festive season.It had to be interesting in flavour, reminiscent of the Yuletide spirit but also easy to prepare. The apple and cinnamon tea brings out the roasted undertones of the Six Saints Rum and is also an ode to apple pie, which is one of my favourite Christmas desserts."
