Burgundy is now almost the de rigueur wine to accompany meals.
I WAS asked recently: "Do you drink every day?" My reply was, "I try to".
A glass or two of red wine, usually from the balance of a bottle or bottles drunk within the previous week at dinner parties (and saved for simple dinners at home). This works very well by the way, even up to a week, if kept well corked and put away in a wine fridge. And incidentally, it is also very good for keeping your cholesterol level at normal levels, better tasting and more enjoyable than drugs!
