Beyond burgers
Potato Head Singapore may be well known for burgers but its latest menu update reflects rice and poke bowls as well.
The Burning Rice (S$17) features a Black Angus beef patty stir-fried with white rice, gochujang, scallions, dashi mayo, cheddar cheese and Indonesian-style fried shallots; while the Pokemon (S$19) is composed of marinated yellowfin tuna, ponzu, quinoa, avocado, daikon, jalapeno and spiced mayo.
There are new burger options, like the Watermelon Man (S$19) which combines a compressed grilled watermelon with a beef patty, goat's cheese, pickled onions and mayo.
