Sustainability rules the menu at Michelin-starred restaurant Nouri so it's no surprise that it only does four-hand dinners with like-minded chefs. After hosting Aussie chef Mark Best last week, head chef Ivan Brehm teams up with Arnie Marcella of Bunker restaurant in Bangkok. The Filipino-American chef has set roots in Thailand with his casual fine dining eatery serving Asian-American cuisine. His cooking brings the refinement of his years in New York City to the intensity of Asian flavours with a deep respect for product, which means sourcing produce from Thai markets and farms as much as possible. He will be in town on Sept 12 and 13 to cook dinner with chef Brehm. The seven course dinner on both nights is priced at S$200++, while lunch is available on Sept 13 at S$160++ for five courses.
