Crazy Cocktails

    Catch the tail-end of Campari's annual Negroni Week as more than 30 bars create over 100 different versions of the classic cocktail. At The Spiffy Dapper, Pavel Zdarsky has come up with the Goomba - a Campari-driven cocktail with "Farmer George" Gin (curry leaf-and turmeric-infused gin), sweet vermouth, cardamom bitters and dehydrated turmeric-seasoned mango; while Edwin Poh at Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall is serving a tea-infused Cherryteagroni, made with Campari, oolong tea-infused gin, PX sherry, Fino sherry and Marendry bitters. For something a bit more novel, visit Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen for a Soft Serve Negroni, which is exactly what it sounds like - an ice cream version of the cocktail.
