Eight Hands Cook
Singapore, Manila and Sydney - eat your way through these three cities when chefs representing the best of gastropub cuisine and cocktails get together for A Tale of Three Cities - an eight hands restaurant bar exchange in Singapore. This two-night-only tipples and tapas is presented by Remy Martin Cognac Fine Champagne, to showcase its versatility in both food and cocktails. The teams from local gastrobars Tess Bar & Kitchen and Zui Hong Lou will join forces with the chefs and bartenders from Australia's Dead Ringer and Bulletin Place; as well as Manila's Toyo Eatery and The Curator on both nights, to create unique menus for four meal sessions. The visiting chefs will take turns to cook with the local teams on each night. Expect curated menus featuring modern European cuisine and mixology, as well as innovative takes on Asian and Filipino cuisine.
