Lisbon's QUOI - as in Je Ne Sais Quoi - is a three-floor lifestyle hub housed in the former Teatro Tivoli, a 1920s building on the city's grand Avenida da Liberdade, complete with original cornices and frescoes. On the ground floor, Ladurée and Assouline outlets flank the central grocery store and DeliBar, which serves up a menu of light meals, including smoked salmon on blinis, oysters and caviar. Downstairs is a menswear haven with brands from Tom Ford to Balenciaga. The highlight though, is the top floor restaurant, where dishes such as melt-in-the-mouth duck confit or creamy lobster bisque with a puff pastry crust alone are worth a visit.
