    Alley on 25 offers themed experiences such as a festive tea-scape (S$45) with whimsical treats like peanut butter jelly petit gateau and candied Christmas apples; a decadent weekend brunch (S$78) boasting Sarawak black pepper eggs benedict, shakshuka and French apple tart; and a sumptuous Christmas Eve buffet (S$168) loaded with the likes of roasted Butterball turkey, maple-glazed Dingley Dell ham, and buche de noel.

    On level 38 of the hotel, savour the stunning views and an exquisite five-course menu (S$198) inspired by South-east Asian flavours at 665°F. Dive into dishes such as smoked beef tartlet, lightly cured Hiramasa kingfish, and 45-day dry-aged Galician blond beef striploin. On weekends, don’t miss the steak and seafood brunch (S$118), where a lavish spread of chilled Boston lobster, wagyu tenderloin carpaccio and dry-aged Silver Hill duck breast await.

On the menu are freshly shucked oysters and Boston lobsters, roast turkey and Angus beef sirloin, and desserts from Christmas yule logs to rum fruit cake.

    Recreate the dining experience at home with festive takeaways from The Boutique, such as spice-rubbed whole turkey and roast Angus cote de boeuf. Complete the meal with handcrafted sweets including rum fruit cake, stollen and chocolate hazelnut log cake.

    Celebrate the whole month of December at Luce, which transports you to Italy with a decadent buffet (S$75 to S$195) filled with regional and international specialities. But save room for its signature big buffets (brunch and dinner) on Christmas Day (from S$208), which boast nearly 200 gourmet delights including seafood on ice, premium charcuterie, and live stations serving pasta prepared in a cheese wheel.

    Spend a genteel afternoon at The Lobby Lounge for the ultimate high tea spread (from S$138) created in partnership with French jam brand Bonne Maman. Exquisite savoury canapes are served alongside quintessential English buttermilk scones and a Valrhona Guanaja 70 per cent chocolate tart.

Sweeten the feast with artisanal log cakes in a range of flavours including passion fruit and ginger, and snow-white coconut and chempedak. Don’t forget the all-time favourite InterContinental signature Christmas fruit cake (S$88 net) and stollen (S$48 net).
