GIN LOVERS IN LONDON have Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall to thank for the revival of handcrafted, small-batch gin production.
The pair, childhood pals who grew up in Cornwall, started Sipsmith in 2009, when it became the first copper-pot based distillery in London in nearly 200 years. Their mission? To bring London Dry Gin back to the city where it first earned its name.
