You can't go wrong with Folklore when it comes to celebrating local food culture for National Day. For the whole of August, chef Damian D'Silva is expanding his repertoire of Peranakan and Eurasian favourites to include other ethnic traditional recipes. They're all his own family recipes that are reserved for special occasions, and he's put them into a National Day set lunch priced at S$30 for two people, including dessert and local-inspired drinks. The menus are only available on weekdays.
