Chris de Burgh didn't just craft an ode to love or a painful ear worm with his all-time hit song. The concept of an elegant lady in red embodying the essence of luxury hospitality was adopted by the Kempinski hotel group, which currently has 150 such ladies in its hotels across the globe. To celebrate 10 years after the first lady in red graced the Kempinski general managers' meeting in Geneva, the Capitol Kempinski Singapore rolls out special dining promotions including the aptly titled ''Red Rhapsody Afternoon Tea'' from today until Jan 26. The specially crafted menu adheres to a red colour scheme, with highlights such as Chicken Rice Arancini, beetroot-cured Salmon and Turkey cranberry quiche, sweetened up with Red Velvet Cake and Lychee Rose Panna Cotta.
