The Grand Lobby
Afternoon tea at The Raffles is always a special treat, and even more so during the festive season as you nibble on bite-sized sweet and savoury treats.
For the occasion, executive pastry chef Tai Chien Lin spoils you with mini mincemeat pies, pistachio raspberry opera and warm panettone pudding, complemented with brewed Jing single-garden loose tea leaves or Raffles custom-blended coffee. For an extra treat, top up with a glass of Billecart-Salmon champagne.
Festive Afternoon Tea is priced from S$118++ per guest and available until Jan 1, 2025 (except for Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1).

Butcher’s Block
Get a taste of avant-garde, wood-fired cooking in the hands of Chef Jordan Keao, who showcases his commitment to whole-animal butchery and sustainability. Inspired by his Hawaiian roots, indulge in the likes of lomi lomi, dry-aged kalua pork and taro leaf, dry-aged duck huli huli and his signature grilled sweet potato gnocchi. Don’t miss the beefy goodness of wagyu from Blackmore Farms in Australia, served in a variety of cuts and cooking methods. Pair the meal with specially chosen wines by the resident sommelier for an elevated experience.

For an Asian twist to the year-end festivities, yi by Jereme Leung serves up exquisitely crafted set menus for lunch and dinner that capture the essence of provincial Chinese cuisine, with a contemporary accent.
Master chef Jereme Leung’s innovative approach results in creations such as barbecued black pork and iberico pork char siew with pickled ginger; slow-cooked eight-hour golden broth with abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, conpoy and crab leg; and a delicate steamed green wrasse with egg custard in fish broth.
Presented on Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1, the elegant Festive Lunch and Dinner menus are priced at S$188++ and S$268++, respectively, per guest, for a minimum of two persons. Wine pairing is also available.

Tiffin Room
Tiffin Room’s signature dining experience, Mera Dabba, showcasing rich North Indian flavours in custom-made copper tiered tiffin boxes, is reinterpreted for the year-end festivities.
Indulge in a special selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialities for lunch and dinner, including bhel puri – puffed rice on a bed of vegetables and chutneys; rahra gosht – minced lamb leg curry; samundri biryani; subz makhana pulao – a flavourful and fluffy vegetarian rice dish; and paneer tikka masala.
Available on Dec 24 (dinner only), 25 (lunch and dinner) and 31 (dinner only), the Festive Experience is priced at S$108++ (Christmas) and S$128++ (New Year’s Eve) per guest.

Decadent Home Dining
Recreate the Raffles experience at home with an assortment of traditional takeaway favourites crafted by its award-winning culinary team. Feast on roast turkey, bone-in gammon ham, lamb rack and 26-day dry-aged grass-fed cote de boeuf, as well as an artisanal cheese platter. For extra decadence, add some Kristal caviar, Maine lobster or foie gras to the menu.
Sweeten the table with seasonal cookies and cakes, including chestnut vanilla rum cake, chocolate yule log and panettone. Toast to the season with a wide selection of wines selected by the in-house team of Raffles sommeliers.
