Nine eateries join Bib Gourmand list
NINE eateries have made their debut on the Bib Gourmand list, which was released by Michelin on Thursday. This takes the total number to 38, up from last year's inaugural list of 34.
The newcomers include Ah Er Soup at ABC Brickworks Food Centre, New Lucky Claypot Rice, Zai Shun Curry Fish Head, and Hawker Chan at 78 Smith Street which is linked to the one-Michelin-starred Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle. Also new to the list are Peranakan restaurant The Blue Ginger, European restaurant Bar-Roque Grill and three Japanese eateries: ramen bar Tsuta, yakitori joint Shirokane Tori-Tama, and the popular Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant.
This Bib Gourmand list recognises restaurants and street food establishments offering a meal of good value at a maximum price of S$45.
