Beef and whisky lovers are in for a treat. For one night only, Lawry's The Prime Rib Singapore is offering a menu that pairs its dishes with single malt Scotch Auchentoshan. Start by making your own Auchentoshan cocktail, Flowers by the Bay, which combines the floral flavour of chrysanthemum, the citrus perk of lemon, the balance of bitters and the smoothness of Auchentoshan. The first course of Lawry's famous spinning bowl salad is paired with the Auchentoshan Three Wood, before a whisky foie gras and Hokkaido scallop entree is served with the Auchentoshan 18 Years Old Limited Release. The highlight of the evening is the signature roasted USDA prime rib of beef that is paired with the Auchentoshan 21 Years Old Limited Release. Lastly, the Auchentoshan 12 Years Old is served with a vanilla creme brulee.
