There's now one more reason to head early to Changi Airport before a flight - The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is open at Terminal 3's Departure Transit Lounge. Travellers can enjoy the acclaimed celebrity chef's interpretation of global comfort fare. Food options include Hot & Sour Soup with chicken and mushrooms, Korean Beef Short Ribs with spicy kimchi and the chef's signature Chicken Salad, with napa cabbage, wonton skins, cashews and a ginger-sesame vinaigrette. The restaurant is open from 6am to 1am.
