If you're a fan of chilli crab but prefer yours spicy rather than sweet, then try the signature chilli pomelo crab at Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House on Sentosa, where owner Ricky Ng does not believe in holding back the chilli. Alternatively, he has recently opened Blue Lotus Chinese Noodle Bar at Science Park, which offers the same chilli crab recipe, but shelled and served in xiao long bao form without the pomelo.
