Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng of the Cantonese restaurant Jade has crafted six festive menus - including the ultimate eight-course Grand Fullerton Golden Feast featuring top-grade ingredients such as lobster, suckling pig, caviar and bird’s nest. Priced at S$2,388 for 10 persons, highlights include the Gold Rush Yu Sheng - presented in the shape of a cute piglet, served with lobster, abalone and Norwegian salmon. Other creations include Triple Bliss Braised and Roasted Pork Belly with Steamed Bun; and Crispy Suckling Pig Skin with Caviar. Also, pick from two types of fish: Prosperity Stir-fried Sliced Red Grouper; and Deep-fried Chilean Seabass with Hawthorne Sauce.
