Haven't gotten round to trying out the dishes that made it to last year's inaugural Michelin Guide Singapore? Then perhaps you can kill a few birds with one stone at the Michelin Guide Street Food Festival next weekend. The line-up includes the one-Michelin-starred Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle, as well as Bib Gourmand recipients like Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Hoo Kee Rice Dumpling, and Wedang which serves traditional Malay food like gado-gado and satay. A few restaurants will also be making an appearance, like the three-Michelin-starred Joel Robuchon Restaurant, and the one-Michelin-starred The Song of India. The festival runs from April 14-15 at Resorts World Sentosa. Entry costs S$20 and comes with S$20 in coupons to be spent at the festival. https://guide.michelin.sg
