A taste of home is on the menu at this year's version of Chang Sensory Trails - an annual food festival organised by the Thai beer brand. Now into its third edition, the focus this year is on family recipes, and eight Thai restaurants in Singapore have come together to serve dishes that their chefs grew up with. The restaurants involved include Aroy Dee, Baan Ying, Bangkok Jam, Gin Khao and Long Chim. Expect dishes such as Thai-style prime ribs with signature sauce from Aroy Dee; fried shrimp and pork paste toast from Baan Ying; Bangkok Jam's Thai-style fish and chips; watermelon fried rice from Ghin Khao and spicy pork rice cake from Long Chim. There will be 24 dishes in all to pick from. It's not just all food, either, as there will be performances by local bands 53A and O.K Ready!

Chang Sensory Trails takes place on Aug 31 and Sept 1 at The Lawn at Marina Bay from 4pm to 10pm. For more information, go to www.facebook.com/changbeer/
