For a more casual atmosphere, LeVeL33 Social charms with its effervescent quality, its Raw Bar with its display of fresh oysters and menus designed for easy group dining while the Terrace offers a view to impress. Dedicated to providing an unforgettable gastronomic experience, Zafferano’s exciting a la carte repertoire of contemporary Italian cuisine incorporates innovative flavours and modern techniques into time-honoured classics.

Highlights include Spaghetti prepared with razor clams, oscietra caviar, and scented with bergamot, and Scampi – charcoal grilled langoustine served with romanesco, toasted sesame, white miso, and bagna cauda, as well as succulent meat cuts and seafood from the charcoal grill and charcoal oven.

Peach Garden Chinese Restaurant has launched “OISHI Flavours of Japan”, a delectable menu with a unique Nipponese twist, prepared with premium ingredients sourced directly from the country. From March 2 to April 30, enjoy brand new dim sum, a la carte and set menu offerings just in time for the Cherry Blossom season. Dim sum highlights include Siew Mai with Sea Urchin using top grade uni, and Xiao Long Bao with A5 Wagyu Beef. The set menu of S$68 features premium produce in dishes such as Chilled Sea Urchin Tofu, Pan-Fried Fillet of Amadai and Pan-Fried Shirobuta Pork with Chef’s Special Mala Sauce.

‘OISHI Flavours of Japan’ can be savoured at all seven outlets - OCBC Centre, Hotel Miramar, Thomson Plaza, NTU Blk N2.1, Chinatown Point, The Metropolis, and Changi Airport T2, except for the dim sum items which are only available at Thomson Plaza and Hotel Miramar.
