Seafood lovers will have a reason to visit Hotel Jen Tanglin's J65 every day of the week because the all-day dining restaurant is serving five different seafood themed buffets. It kicks off with Seafood BBQ & Beer (from S$68++) on Monday, where baby lobster, prawns and squids are grilled at live stations. Salmon Showdown (S$58++) takes place on Tuesday, served in a variety of ways including sashimi; while more than 10 variety of lobster dishes are available on Wednesday for Lobster Rock N Roll (S$88++). Asian Seafood (S$58++) with an emphasis on spicy cooking styles take centrestage on Thursday and Sunday; and Seafood Madness (S$68++) on Friday and Saturday features free-flow of freshly shucked oysters, seafood thermidor and more.
