Vintage Lunch
Get a taste of winemaker Laurent Ponsot's first vintage at the Michelin-starred Saint Pierre in a special lunch event on Mar 9. Simply named Laurent Ponsot, the 2016 vintage is his first since leaving his family-owned Domaine Ponsot - a revered name in Burgundy known for its biodynamic-guided wines - to strike out on his own, together with older son Clement. Chef-owner Emmanuel Stroobant will host Mr Ponsot at a winemaker's lunch featuring five courses and five wines priced at S$188++ per person. Two whites and three reds will be matched with the chef's menu which includes courses such as seared king scallop; a modern interpretation of Coq Au Vin; high-temperature roasted rose veal tenderloin; and medallions of lamb saddle paired with a full-bodied Gevrey Chambertin
Laurent Ponsot's Winemaker's Lunch at Saint Pierre is on Mar 9 from 12pm. For reservations, call 6438-0887 or email info@saintpierre.com.sg
