Fun And Frantic Forests
Dylan Tan
Forests is a local emo-punk-math-rock trio famed for their fun and frantic 'live' performances. You'll find that same brand of infectious energy in their riotous new album Spending Eternity In A Japanese Convenience Store.
Over the record's nine tracks, you'll find a collection of big guitar riffs, tempo shifts, screaming vocals and sing-along choruses - sometimes all on the same song.
Spending Eternity In A Japanese Convenience Store follows their 2016 debut Sun Eat Moon Grave Party, which was voted the second best local release of the year by region music blog Bandwagon.
