International Champions Cup dishes out good football, but some supporters feel shortchanged

    VAISHNAVI Murugiah went to Changi Airport at dawn last Monday in a passionate bid to take a photograph with Chelsea football star Cesc Fabregas and get his signature too.

    Fabregas, the Spanish international and former Arsenal midfielder, was due to arrive with his club for the inaugural International Champions Cup (ICC) tournament in Singapore.
