Gourmet Dumplings

Dragon boat festival is barely a month away and out of the surfeit of rice dumplings already on sale, there are bound to be some that, well, float your boat. Raise your dumpling game with Resorts World Sentosa's five-in-one Dumpling Feast that packs in abalone, unagi and Iberico pork in a set of dumplings created by five of its celebrity chef restaurants. Feng Shui Inn, Forest, Tangerine, Syun and Osia Steak and Seafood Grill each contributed one wrapped delight.

Feng Shui Inn's Cantonese-style Hong Kong Fisherman Abalone and Chicken dumpling features three 10-head Australian abalone, roasted salted chicken and dried conpoy served with fermented soy sauce, while Osia introduces a modern take on the classic pork dumpling with lemon scented Iberico pork and mushrooms.

For a Japanese twist, Syun does an unagi version too.
