HALLMARK may be the epitome of Christmas cards, but wouldn't it be more meaningful to give a handmade greeting instead?
In which case, screenprint enthusiast Ong Lijie's workshop is the one to sign up for. "Using Christmas-themed graphics, you can learn how to print them onto blank cards to make your own festive cards," says Ms Ong, currently a full-time fine arts student with Lasalle College of the Arts.
The Christmas card workshop is her first themed workshop. At her previous workshops which take place about once a month, there are usually a variety of designs of prints that participants choose and alter to their liking, to print on paper or tote bags.
