THE Hitman's Bodyguard pairs Samuel L Jackson as a hitman, Darius Kincaid, and Ryan Reynolds as his bodyguard Michael Bryce in a throwback to the mismatched-buddy shoot-'em-up comedies of the 1980s and 1990s.
My advice? Just re-watch the real deal, whether The Last Boy Scout or Midnight Run.
A genocidal Belarusian dictator, Vladislav Dukhovich (Gary Oldman), is on trial in the International Criminal Court for war crimes. Kincaid is to be the star witness, released from Interpol detention to testify.
