There's plenty of reason to hike up Fort Canning Hill for the weekend. This year's edition of the outdoor music and arts festival, Neon Lights, boasts a stellar lineup: there's Pumarosa, an exciting new five-piece band from London which plays a unique brand of "industrial spiritual" music.
