EDMUND Lee is one corporate chief that firmly believes in the importance of health and wellness of his employees.

At JPMorgan's Singapore office, where he is its managing director and senior country officer, the bank's staff can sign up for talks on managing stress, nutrition and even financial planning.

Mr Lee himself has noticed more of his colleagues cycling to and from work every day, to the extent that he had to give the go-ahead to install cages to store their bicycles, lockers for sports equipment, and showers on every floor.
