Cafe owner Dennis Lau will be singing with his friends from the Singapore Lyric Opera, belting out a repertoire of arias from famous works such as di Provenza il Mar, Belle Nuit and La Calunnia.
Dinner is a four-course meal that includes grilled tuna and pan-seared Angus sirloin, with a glass of house wine.
