WHEN jazz diva Diana Krall decided she wanted to go pop for a change, she knew producer David Foster would be right for the job.

Because not only is the The Hitman, as Foster is nicknamed, known for his Midas Touch in the recording studio, he's also a mean piano player so he could take over the keyboards while she focused solely on her vocals for a change.

The results can be heard on the critically acclaimed, Wallflower, which features the Canadian crooner tackling a selection of her favourite soft-pop classics.
