HK's comedy king gets serious
MAVERICK Hong Kong director Pang Ho Cheung might be on a roll - his last couple of films have all broken domestic box office records, each bettering the previous one, no less - but he's not going to push himself.
Instead he's giving himself a well-deserved break for the rest of 2014.
His latest work, Aberdeen, which opened in Singapore yesterday, will be his final one before he decides what to do next - be it writing, directing or even acting.
