The venerable Singapore Symphony Orchestra is celebrating National Day in style once again. Joining forces with the Singapore Symphony Chorus and Youth Choir, it is set to play classic Singapore songs, including Dick Lee's Home, at the Esplanade Concert Hall on Aug 10, one day after the National Day celebrations. Conductor Joshua Tan and the symphony will be joined by featured guests such as Jeremy Monteiro on piano, Joanna Dong on vocals, Tamagoh on drums, Christy Smith on bass, Samuel Phua on saxophone, Nawaz Mirajkar on tabla and V M Sai Akileshwar on mridangam. Hear music that will fill your heart with patriotic pride.
